Salesforce Technical Lead

This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with the BearingPoint team as a Salesforce Technical Lead, driving Service, Sales, and Marketing Cloud initiatives and projects. The successful candidate will have the chance to apply and enhance their business and technology skills while contributing to impactful and innovative technology programmes.

About the role:

  • You will collaborate with users to define initial requirements through interviews, workshops, and other methods.
  • You will lead the evaluation of business and technical requirements, identifying solutions that meet client needs.
  • You will design and document flexible, scalable, and robust architecture for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) using Salesforce Clouds to adapt to dynamic needs.
  • You will act as the link between functional analysts and technical developers, transforming requirements into actionable designs, development approaches, and implementations.
  • You will communicate your vision and designs effectively to others, creating clear documentation and presenting solutions with confidence.
  • You will work with our sales team on Salesforce bids and tenders.

About you:

  • A third-level degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform, including multiple full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, with oversight of technical direction and delivery.
  • Hands-on experience building applications using Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Sales and Marketing Cloud, as well as the broader Salesforce platform.
  • Skills to manage and oversee the timely delivery of client solutions to ensure project success.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage business and technology stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • A creative and innovative mindset with enthusiasm for technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
  • Experience in client-facing roles.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Ideally, experience in presales activities such as crafting high-level solutions, delivering tailored demonstrations, and eliciting client requirements.
