Our Hybrid Working model offers flexibility, allowing our people to work from the company office, at client sites, or from home, depending on the needs of our clients. Our working model follows a ‘Teams Based’ approach, where each project team collaborates with their manager to agree the necessary in-person meetings and events required and this will vary by client project.
