Our comprehensive training curriculum is designed to ensure competency development, networking opportunities and international exposure. For example, our global training curriculum includes training programmes in Yale and Oxford.

Be.School
BearingPoint School is a week-long condensed training course focused on building your consulting skills (non-technical skills). It is an important part of your integration into BearingPoint where you will learn about the company, our methodologies, as well as our culture, values and purpose. It’s a great opportunity to meet and network with colleagues from other BearingPoint offices (everyone's favourite part!) and to celebrate you joining our team.
Consultant Bootcamp
The objective of the Consultant Bootcamp is to boost your career with relevant skills to support you in progressing to the Senior Consutant level. This engaging 3-day bootcamp provides participants with more in-depth knowledge of our service lines, focuses on how to develop competencies appropriate for the consultant level and an opportunity to develop relationships through networking.
