Public sector leaders recognise the positive impact and potential for improved operational efficiencies in delivering their services. Having access to a significant range and quantity of data means they see themselves as having a relatively high level of readiness. While adoption levels are in line with other sectors, addressing skills gaps from both a technical and management perspective is considered to be the main challenge.
