The financial services industry is undergoing an era of disruption, with both challenges and great opportunities at the same time. As Head of Financial Services at BearingPoint, I enable clients to capitalize on digital technology and platform ecosystems while minimizing the burden coming from a highly-regulated market.

I have over 28 years of professional experience with more than 25 years in consulting services. I have worked with leading international banks and insurance companies in several European countries, delivering large transformation projects in the areas of core process transformation, finance, risk management, compliance, regulation, bank steering and information technology.

Before joining the firm in 1992, I spent three years on software engineering in space science at the Max-Planck-Institute for Nuclear Physics in Heidelberg.

The common denominator of my career has always been working on complex projects and collaborating with inspiring people who strive for excellence.

The success of our clients is our ambition; their trust is our incentive.
