Digital Leaders in Ireland 2019

The aim of the Digital Leaders Study is to gain an understanding of Irish companies’ digital maturity across different industries, as well as to identify opportunities and challenges that arise from the digitalisation of customer-facing processes.

Digitalisation continues to drive change across all aspects of Irish private and public sector. Irish businesses displayed an advanced level of maturity in their digital customer experience. However, with respect to their international counterparts, Ireland lagged behind. The results from this study highlighted that all observed Irish businesses could benefit from further digitalisation.
