In 2020, BearingPoint conducted a major pan-European survey to assess the employee experiences and new ways of working in Government and Public Sector organisations during the pandemic. This included feedback from 3,500 public servants from countries including France, Germany, UK, Netherlands, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland and Ireland. The survey dimensions included their use of technology, requirements to develop new skills, working environments and engagement with their colleagues and managers.
An analysis of the results indicates a generally high degree of similarity in terms of the experiences and views of public servants in different countries, with variances occurring depending on the demographics of the respondents and the sector in which they are working.
We invite you to join our BearingPoint webinar on Wednesday 27th January from 9:00 -10:00 am Irish time, where we will present the findings of BearingPoint's European Public Servant Survey. We will also be joined by Leinster Rugby Head Coach, Leo Cullen, who will share his own experiences in terms of leadership, team building, skills development and managing in adversity during his career, particularly over the past 12 months. There will also be an opportunity for a Q&A session with Leo at the end of the webinar.
