For more than 30 years, I have been leading transformations projects for my clients in various industries, including banking, manufacturing; for the last 20 years, I have mainly focused on the public sector (Ministries of Defense, Interior, Justice). I have been deeply involved in change management projects, including cultural change in the context of organizational, information systems implementation, and digitalization. I am currently the global leader for People & Strategy.

I was in the navy and trained as a naval officer at the French Naval Academy. This experience gave me strong fundamental capabilities in terms of people management.

I also have a Master in Entrepreneurship, and 10 years ago, I was an auditor of the 60th session of IHEDN (Institute of Advanced Studies in National Defense).

I started my consulting career at IDRH, a business consulting and change management firm specialized in change management and people transformation.

I joined BearingPoint in 1996 and have spent more than 20 years focused on addressing the strategic challenges of the defense and security sector, leading major transformation projects, including organizational design and complex systems integration.

In 2017 I took over the responsibility of the Public Sector team of BearingPoint in Paris and created the People & Strategy capability in mid-2019.
