I joined BearingPoint in 1999. I have over 20 years' professional experience in this sector. I am a partner and responsible for developing the Media & Entertainment Divisions.

I assist the major companies in the audiovisual, media, publishing, movie and advertising industries with leading their digital transformation projects.

My expertise with traditional companies and pure plays covers a wide array of areas, from strategic scoping through to operational implementation. I provide to my clients a support and guidance in defining their editorial ambitions, gearing their organization towards a digital-first approach, transforming their newsrooms, re-engineering their editorial processes and overhauling the technologies supporting those processes.

I also work alongside BearingPoint's Data Science Division in designing and deploying artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions allowing the cultural industries to increase revenue streams, rein in costs and improve advertising investments.

Before joining BearingPoint, I worked for several multimedia groups in France and overseas, mainly assignments focusing on transformation projects.
