With over 30 years as a consultant, I have gained extensive experience in the wholesale, retail, consumer goods, and manufacturing industries. I have successfully supported leading national and international companies in the sustainable optimization and implementation of strategies, structures, processes, and IT systems.
Since 2007, I have been a Partner at BearingPoint, responsible for the retail and consumer goods industry in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Since 2019, I have been leading the Operations service line at the global level, and in 2024, I became a member of the Management Committee and the global leader for our Consulting portfolio, overseeing all service lines and focusing on developing new offerings and consultant expertise. Additionally I am responsible for the generation and management of innovations.

Before joining BearingPoint, I worked for five years in the management team of the Retail & Consumer Products sector and the Strategy & Business Architecture practice of Accenture. I gained five years of consulting experience in national and international projects at another leading management consultancy.
I gained operational experience in retail marketing and product management for specialty catalogs at Otto-Versand after completing my Master of Economics in Germany and France.
