During my studies of telematics at the Technical University of Graz in Austria, I started my professional career in the area of IT consulting and software development for local clients in the public sector.
After three years of being self-employed, I decided to join BearingPoint Infonova to use my expertise within a global consulting and technology firm.
Over the past 17 years with BearingPoint, I had the chance to successfully deliver a significant number of large and complex IT projects, agile and non-agile, especially within the telecommunications industry. One seminal moment in my career was in 2007, with the transformation of BearingPoint Infonova into an “agile” software company. In addition, it was one of the first companies in Austria to be certified in Scrum. This methodical and difficult but successful shift, deepened my conviction in agile methodologies. The continuous refinement and growing maturity of the delivery model over the past years has contributed to my experience in the areas of agile requirements, engineering, project delivery and agile software development and methods.
