Since more than 22 years I am passionate about Sourcing & Procurement. During these years I have gained extensive experience in various multinational digital transformation projects and successfully consulted leading national and international companies with respect to designing and implementing Source to Pay strategies, processes and suitable software solutions.
After graduating with a Master of International Business, I ventured straight into the consulting business. As a consultant, manager, Partner and Global Board member I have worked globally across leading industry sectors, such as Consumer Goods & Retail, Discrete Manufacturing, Pharma & Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Chemicals & Aerospace.
As Partner in the service line operations my focus is to coach, design and implement innovative sourcing & procurement strategies, processes and software solutions for my customers to let them deal and act in an agile, smart and efficient way with disruption that has become the “new normal”. That means in fact that I will also take responsibility for the operational and integrational realization.
My ultimate goal is to support customers on their way to become resilient digital leaders. For me it is crucial to act with purpose and focus on sustainable value for my customers.
What inspires me the most is to personally exchange and interact with customers to elaborate and implement the agenda for the “future of sourcing & procurement”. With my customers I would like to reveal potential approaches and concrete answers for the heterogenous challenges in our more and more faster changing economical, political and social environment.
Before joining BearingPoint, I worked almost 17 years for a consulting company named apsolut GmbH specialized in operational and strategic procurement consulting. The last 14 years I was acting as Partner & Global Board member. Besides, I have gained additional 5 years of consulting experience at Hewlett Packard GmbH prior to apsolut GmbH. I have worked in the P2P Procurement Consulting Practice for 3 years and another 2 years in the HP key segment of Managed Services as Account Program Manager for a leading European Airline company to orchestrate their overall SAP services & projects.
