During my consulting career at BearingPoint, I’ve been providing advice predominantly to customers in the chemical, oil and gas as well as the utilities industries. My projects focus on:

  • Transformation programs to optimize organizations and structures, and the realization of performance programs as well as cost optimization programs
  • Investment strategies and benchmarking of production
  • Design and implementation of M&A and Joint Venture projects
  • Optimization of sales organizations and processes
  • Design and implementation of Shared Services
  • Moderation of business process optimization, e.g., with ARIS
  • Design and implementation of multi project management for national and international projects

Before joining BearingPoint, I finalized my University degree (Business Administration) and a successful apprenticeship as an insurance merchant as well as several other internships.
