I joined BearingPoint in April 2019 as a Management Analyst after previous jobs in Fashion E-commerce and Travel / Aviation. I had taken part in an international leadership program, but was looking for a new challenge to further develop my professional skills. As I liked working on a variety of projects and topics and getting to know new trends and developments in all sectors, consultancy seemed to be the perfect next step for me.
Over the past few years at BearingPoint, I've had the opportunity to work in a variety of industries such as utilities, healthcare, consumer goods and people services. Due to gained experiences combined with my professional background, I’ve realized that supporting companies in providing great experiences for their end users is what gives me most energy. Especially when I can combine this with digital transformation to ensure customer experience is data-driven and supported with the right technology. An example where CX, data and technology come together is the topic “personalization”, where I support our clients to offer relevant experiences, products and services to drive engagement and loyalty.
And of course, I’m not doing this alone. One of BearingPoint’s greatest assets are its people. I’ve been lucky enough to work together with many colleagues on client engagements. In addition, I also collaborate on internal projects and activities with many colleagues, such as proposition development, people development and while launching the buddy program.
