I have more than 15 years experience in Strategy, Innovation and Digital Marketing Consulting, with my key experience in global programs for Telecom, Consumer Goods, Post & Transportation and High Tech players. Within the Dutch practice (~65 people), I’m heading the Digital & Strategy service line, which develops and delivers innovative solutions in Customer Experience, Digital Commerce and Innovation Strategy.
After starting my carrier in Research & Development and Marketing at a Dutch Consumer Products firm, I stepped into consultancy at Capgemini Consulting. I became lead of the Business Innovation and the Customer Experience cluster. Co-creation and Business Model Innovation were some of my core offerings. Next, my journey continued at Accenture, primarily working from the industry group Communication, Media and High Tech, serving various Telecom & Manufacturing clients. When Accenture lauched its global Digital entity, I switched to futher grow this new area, focusing on Strategy & Innovation. I had the opportunity to lead several global Digital Transformation programs, mainly within international Consumer Products firms.
When I joined BearingPoint I met a driven, very entrepreneurial and professional Dutch team, which exactly matched my objectives to create value with differentiating and client centric propositions. I have set-up the Digital Customer Experience & Innovation team, working on great strategic projects, often in Consumer Goods & Retail and Post & Transportation. I initiated the Amsterdam Innovation Center, a new venue for hosting break-through workshops and prototyping activities. Next to my current responsibilities as Partner in the service line Digital & Strategy, I’m also leading the Innovation & Marketing activities of the Practice.
