I joined BearingPoint in 2008. I am co-leading our Strategy & Transformation offerings in France (Strategic plan, organizational transformation/optimization, governance, M&A). For several years, I'm also involved in our European M&A community. In terms of industries, I have been mainly focusing on services (hospitality, telecom, healthcare, retail) and Manufacturing (Food & Beverage, Defense, technology). I'm specifically in charge of the account management of Accor. My clients are mainly mid and large companies - listed companies, owned by Private Equity firms or by a Family.
Prior to joining BearingPoint I worked as a Financial Auditor at Mazars for 3 years.
I'm particularly interested in innovation, governance model and transformation, Merger & Acquisition, organizational transformation and managerial behaviors.
As a consultant, I'm deeply business oriented joining a strategic point of view together with an operational mind set to make sure any strategy or transformation is realistic and accepted.
