As Global Process Owner Record to Report, you take on a strategic key role with a truly international scope. You are responsible for the global end‑to‑end Record‑to‑Report process – from general ledger and financial close to consolidation and reporting – across all business units and our Financial Shared Service Center.

  • You drive the harmonisation, standardisation and documentation of Record‑to‑Report processes, as well as the digitalisation and automation of finance processes

  • You ensure audit‑ready documentation and strengthen process compliance and quality through clear guidelines, best practices and training initiatives

  • You act as the central point of contact for all Record‑to‑Report‑related topics and questions

  • You define functional Record‑to‑Report requirements, are responsible for solution approvals, and support the rollout of the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation

  • You further develop the global IFRS accounting manual from a strategic perspective and act as the subject‑matter authority for its group‑wide application

In this role, you report directly to the Head of Firmwide Accounting.

This is a permanent, full‑time position available immediately at our offices in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt or Munich.

Your profile

  • You hold a completed master’s degree in a relevant business or economics discipline and bring at least five years of professional experience within accounting, controlling or audit

  • You have proven experience in designing, documenting and governing end‑to‑end accounting and financial closing processes

  • You bring strong process expertise in SAP S/4HANA and solid knowledge of IFRS; experience with Signavio, process mining or automation is considered an advantage

  • You demonstrate strong communication skills and a high level of change‑management competence

  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; German and/or French skills are an advantage
