I have a strong focus on Wealth Management, Asset Management and Corporate Banking and support international banks in Switzerland and globally. I accompany my clients on their digital transformation in operating model optimization, process improvement and regulatory change. I deliver sustainable value in projects, guided by how innovation and new technologies can enable organizations to improve efficiency and foster growth.
Prior to joining BearingPoint, I held various roles in large global Banks and Insurance Companies with an emphasis on Private Banking and Wealth Structuring. As program and product manager I was involved in building up and optimizing Operating Models for new client propositions, business transformations and implementation initiatives.
