I started out as a management consultant for IMPAC about 20 years ago, where I worked as a productivity specialist and focused on improving clients’ bottom-line results through productivity, performance management, leadership development and change management.
My journey at BearingPoint started with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting as a Senior Consultant, working with business improvement projects across the Nordics. I also served as CEO for one of our client companies where I, among other things, developed a digital platform and business in the field of procurement and logistics. Over the years with BearingPoint, I have held many stimulating leadership roles and have had the opportunity to work across our different practices in Europe.
