Bucharest, July 3, 2023 – Management and technology consultancy BearingPoint announced today the promotion of its first Partner in Romania: Katharina Bota’s appointment highlights the firm’s success and growth to one of the country’s leading employers.
Katharina Bota, 41, joined BearingPoint in 2017. She was appointed Head of Operations Romania and Czech Republic in 2021, growing the team and the company’s portfolio in both countries across seven office locations.
I am passionate about enabling people and organizations and I look forward to further strengthening BearingPoint’s delivery model by fostering growth in the firm’s near and offshore practices. My focus remains on supporting our clients and dedicated teams to navigate any digital transformation journey effectively.

Prior to joining BearingPoint, Katharina Bota worked in various roles in the media industry in Germany and Romania. She graduated from Leipzig University and was born in Germany.
