BearingPoint is pleased to invite selected clients to an exclusive roundtable discussion on creating a well-functioning Data & Analytics organization. Our discussion will focus on the key benefits and drawbacks of centralized and decentralized organizational structures. Together, we hope to provide you with concrete tips on how to organize your teams. We will delve into several specific topics, including:

  • Should you have a data platform team and what role should it have?
  • Do you need tools to support the decentralized organization, such as a Data Catalogue?
  • Should you employ a Product Team structure? Are there other more suitable ways of working?
