I have a Master of Science in Industrial economics and technology management from NTNU, Trondheim. I joined BearingPoint after graduating and have since then worked on projects on management systems and organizational design. I am a part of the supply chain team at BearingPoint and have a special interest in green supply chain management. At BearingPoint I have rapidly improved my core consulting skills, and at the moment I am working on developing my project leader skills.
What made you choose BearingPoint as your employer?
My master’s degree gave me insight into strategy and technology. Being able to work in both of these fields was the main reason for applying for a job at BearingPoint. During my summer internship I also saw how people enjoyed working together at BearingPoint. This convinced me it was a great place to work!
What motivates you in your everyday work?
Working together with the client not only to design improved solutions, but to implement them as well is what motivates me. The challenging part starts when the client needs to change the way they work. To see them succeed and improve in this process is truly motivating.
What defines an inspiring work environment for you? How does BearingPoint meet up to your expectations?
An inspiring work environment is to me a place for exciting tasks, rapid personal development and clever colleagues sharing their knowledge. BearingPoint delivers on all of this!
