What made you choose BearingPoint as your employer?
I joined BearingPoint because I didn’t want to choose between the advantages of a small local company and a large international company - BearingPoint offered both. I value the possibility of knowing my colleagues and to be able to have insight into what’s going on within the firm while at the same time have international opportunities. Besides that, my first impression of the firm was very positive. All the people I met and talked to during my interview process were humble and driven which convinced me that BearingPoint would be a good fit for me as an employer.
What is your experience from your first time at BearingPoint?
My first year at BearingPoint has been great! First of all I’ve had the opportunity to meet and work with great people, both from the Swedish offices but also from BearingPoint in Finland and Germany. Besides that I’ve worked with exciting projects, both external and internal ones, where I’ve learned a lot personally and professionally.
What characterizes the BearingPoint culture?
The first thing that came to my mind when thinking about the BearingPoint culture is committed and ambitious people with an open and helpful attitude that work together to create excellent results!
