Key findings

Swedish companies struggle with digital marketing. On an industry level, grades range from poor to good. However, only seven companies manage to score a good grade. Last year’s study showed this dimension to be the least digitally mature for Swedish companies, and this year is no different. The average score (1.6) and grade (poor) remains the same. Although Swedish companies score better grades in the display advertising and own media categories, the decline in all other categories sees Swedish companies fail to seize opportunities for improvement in the digital marketing dimension. Percentages indicate the share of the evaluated companies that are utilizing the listed categories as part of their digital customer experience.
