I have 15 years of experience in management consulting across various industries as an expert in operational excellence, integrated business planning and business process management. My background is in developing business and IT strategies, transforming business processes along the whole supply chain and harmonizing and raising them to higher maturity levels.

I am passionate about helping companies become leaders in the digital age and implementing digital roadmaps on a global scale. In particular, my focus lies in developing sustainable business planning concepts to optimize our clients’ business performance and resiliency to be successful in a volatile business environment.
