With more than 500 speakers and 10,000 visitors from 60 countries, EURO FINANCE WEEK is Europe’s largest meeting point for the finance and insurance industry. At around 40 specialised conferences and 100 panel discussions held over a five-day period, the event addresses the issues of current concern to the industry. A variety of receptions and award ceremonies complement the week’s programme and offer ideal networking opportunities.

The 15th EURO FINANCE WEEK takes place from 19 to 23 November 2012 in Frankfurt am Main's Messe Frankfurt Congress Centre. An annual focus of the Finance Week is the integration and regulation of the European financial and insurance markets. Complementary trade conferences on a plethora of different topics offer in-depth practically-based discussions of the issues thrown up by the politically and regulatory oriented lead conferences.

This year, BearingPoint is again a Platinum Sponsor of EURO FINANCE WEEK and will be participating actively in several of the specialist conferences:

Financial Services partner Christian Bruck will be speaking on 19 November 2012 at the Payments conference during the panel discussion entitled “The final deadlines for national payment systems have been fixed. Time to take stock”.

Andreas Rindler, Senior Manager at Financial Services, will also be speaking at the Payments conference on 19 November 2012 during the panel discussion entitled “Payment methods at the point of sale: will there be a breakthrough for digital methods or will the physical euro continue to prevail?".
