I have more than 20 years of industry and management consulting experience helping my clients in developing corporate strategies, delivering complex Operations and Procurement optimization initiatives, implementing operating model improvements, and securing cost savings.
Together with our US and Global Practices, as well as our Global Reach Partners, I lead our US business out of Chicago. Our US Practice focuses on addressing our client's transformational needs by increasing their customer satisfaction, improving working capital and/or reducing costs through creative projects and programs. I primarily work with our clients within the Production Industry space, which includes Discrete and Process manufacturing clients. For my clients, I am typically involved with driving them through the operational excellence agenda, which includes digitalizing their operations and large scale transformation programs.
Before joining BearingPoint I held various consulting leadership roles with The Hackett Group, GEP and Accenture's management consulting business. I started my career out of Ohio University's engineering college with Ingersoll Rand, focused on new product development sourcing, procurement systems implementations, and engineered component buying.
As a child, I remember laboring over my race cars, trying to make them more effective and efficient. Fast forward to my professional career, and my clients entrust me with a similar task - how to help their organizations become more effective and efficient. It is incredibly challenging yet rewarding, and frankly, I never want to do anything else.
