I lead BearingPoint’s Customer & Growth practice in the UK, with a dual focus on Salesforce and Microsoft technologies. My passion lies in helping organisations navigate complex transformations by combining strategic vision with cutting-edge technology. With an increasing emphasis on AI-powered solutions, I work with clients to unlock new efficiencies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As the Microsoft Lead Partner for the UK, I drive initiatives that leverage next-generation Microsoft solutions—including Copilot and AI-driven platforms—to deliver transformative outcomes across industries.

Over the past 25 years, I’ve held technology leadership roles on both the industry and consulting side, contributing to some of the most innovative and impactful digital programmes within European Financial Services, Consumer Goods, and High-Tech sectors. I am deeply passionate about CRM and CX technologies, and I’m proud to be recognised as a thought leader within the Salesforce ecosystem, currently serving on the Salesforce Partner Advisory Board for Insurance.

My career journey includes 10 years at Dell Technologies, where I was global lead for their CRM & Quote-to-Cash programme, followed by senior leadership roles at Accenture, as part of their UK “CloudFirst” Salesforce practice, and later at Cognizant, heading up the Salesforce Consulting and Solutions Group (CSG) across Europe.
