I have more than 23 years of experience in corporate strategy and investment banking, with a focus on M&A and corporate finance transactions across a wide range of industries. I support my clients in navigating transformation along major megatrends through acquisitions, divestitures, and financing.

This often involves technologies such as AI and blockchain and their application in the industry, digital business models, as well as energy transition, sustainability, and ESG in the context of green financing. 

Thanks to my experience in various roles, including at Accenture, Commerzbank, the investment firm KGAL, Clairfield International, and most recently as a member of the executive management and Head of M&A / Corporate Finance at Helbling Business Advisors, I possess extensive banking expertise and capital market insight.
