With over two decades of experience in business consulting, I am the Chief People & Transformation Officer. The existing role of Chief People Officer has been extended to Chief People & Transformation Officer as BearingPoint aims to be at the forefront of consulting industry transformation.

I am responsible for implementing the firm-wide people strategy, vital to our business objectives and growth plans. I focus on the effective organization and deployment of our people and the realization of their full potential.

In addition to my HR role, I am responsible for BearingPoint Transformation, by leveraging new capabilities such as artificial intelligence and engaging further with our ecosystem of technology alliances. It comprises international collaboration, relationship with technology alliances and start-ups, and internal transformation programs.

With the firm for more than 25 years, I have been Global Leader Portfolio & Innovation and a member of the Management Committee since 2019. I have been helping companies lead transformation in the following areas: strategy, organizational structure and management model, sustainability, finance, and performance and risk management. I have combined strong analytics & data skills with a deep interest for Culture & People challenges.

Co-leading the NOW (New Ways of Working) and (Y)Our Ways strategic initiatives, I have contributed to developing people-centric firm-wide communities, enabling our focus areas to grow faster, and combining a global set-up with a local entrepreneurship culture.

After graduating from the Paris Business School in 1998, I joined Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, which became BearingPoint in 2002. I was promoted to Partner in 2008.
