As Partner at BearingPoint, I focus on helping clients get in the right organizational shape to deliver on their strategy. This means (re)designing the organization and defining the optimal transformation roadmap. As I can’t do that alone, I have a team of dedicated consultants. Together we work on new methodologies to better support clients, on sharing knowledge and on personal growth.

With a background in business administration, I have always been intrigued by the “art of making organizations work.” I started in management positions to get firsthand experience. After a while, I decided to move into consulting to share my experience and ideas. I spent five years at Atos (Consulting) before joining BearingPoint in 2011.
