During my career, I have led large international projects around S/4HANA, focusing on the connection of business processes and technologies (greenfield).

Based on the consistent alignment of the operating model to strategy, the focus is on process harmonization, system standardization, and digitalization. A particular focus is the optimization of planning and reporting as well as the development of the analytics function.
