Within the Financial Services practice of BearingPoint in France, I contribute to the strategy and business offers definition for our development within the Insurance sector. I lead our go-to-market and develop our footprint on some of our Insurance key accounts through supporting complex Business, Operations and Technology transformation initiatives. I am also involved in the development of the BearingPoint insurance dedicated team through recruitment and skills' leveraging.
During my 20-year career, I have led numerous consulting assignments, transformation programs and strategic assessments within the Insurance sector for both Life and P&C major players.
