My role is to lead sales and delivery within CI Consulting for the UK&I, with a specific focus on the development of the UK&I Retail sector. I use my deep understanding of retail operations to work with my clients in developing their future strategy, target operating models, omni-channel transformations and operational excellence.
I joined BearingPoint in 2017 following the acquisition of LCP Consulting, where I was equity partner with responsibility for the Retail sector.
Prior to entering consulting, I had an extensive operational career managing supply chain and business performance turnarounds and operational transformations in both private and publicly owned businesses such as H.J. Heinz, Boots the Chemist and Halfords Limited. My last operational role was as Executive Director for Supply Chain, Buying and Merchandising for Thresher Group.
I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
