2. Eligibility:
Participation in the competition organized by BearingPoint GmbH is free of charge and is governed solely by these terms and conditions. All persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. There is no age restriction for participation. Employees of the organizer and their family members are excluded from participation.

3. Participation period:
The competition begins on 25.05.2023 at 0:00 and ends on 19.06.2023 at 0:00. Entries outside this period will not be considered for the competition.

4. Participation:
The competition will be organized on the BearingPoint Academy website, in the OKR module:

To enter the competition, participants must follow these steps:
- Download the module brochure Whitepaper OKR "Outcomes over Outputs".

5. Prize:
The prize is : One [1] voucher for one [1] place on the " Objectives & Key Results (OKR) Masterclass". The training date will be selected in consultation with BearingPoint GmbH and the winner. The voucher is valid for one year.  Possible dates will be advertised via the website:


The prize will be drawn among all participants who have fulfilled the conditions and who have confirmed the conditions of participation. The winner will be drawn by lot. The draw will take place on 20th of June 2023.

The prize is sponsored by BearingPoint GmbH. No exchange, transfer or cash payment of the prize is possible.

The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.

6. Notification:
The winner will be notified after the draw by email. The winner must respond within 48 hours of receiving the notification in order to accept the prize. If no feedback is received within this period, a new winner will be selected.

The winner agrees to be contacted by BearingPoint via email for the purpose of prize notification if they win.

Personal data will not be published.

7. Data protection:
a.) Description and scope of data processing
Participation in the competition is voluntary.
The participant data (surname, first name, e-mail address) are collected and stored for the winner's draw. In the event of a win, the participant data will also be used for written notification of the win. In principle, the participant data will not be passed on to third parties.

b.) Purpose and legal basis of data processing
The processing of participant data is necessary for participation in the competition. The legal basis is the fulfilment of the conditions of participation, fulfilment of a contract in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

c.) Duration of storage or criteria for determining this duration
After the winner has been drawn, the participant data and the winner's data will be deleted immediately, unless storage is mandatory by law or otherwise specified in the individual case.

No additional personal data is required for participation in the prize draw.

The data controller is BearingPoint GmbH, Germany.

In the event of participation in the competition, the participant expressly consents to the processing of the personal data.

Participants may revoke their declared consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the e-mail address datasubject-request@bearingpoint.com.

8. Early termination of the competition:
BearingPoint expressly reserves the right to change the design or specific terms and conditions or to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving any reason. BearingPoint further reserves the right to terminate the competition prematurely for good cause. An important reason in this sense is, in particular, if the proper execution of the competition is no longer possible due to technical (hardware or software error, virus attack, etc.) or legal reasons (e.g. prohibition order, etc) for which BearingPoint is not responsible. In this case, participants have no claims against BearingPoint.

9 Liability:
BearingPoint GmbH is only liable for gross negligence or willful misconduct of its legal representatives, employees or agents. BearingPoint GmbH shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the winner or the winner's dependents in connection with the prize. The above exclusion of liability does not apply in cases of mandatory liability, e.g. in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health.

10 Applicable law
The competition is exclusively subject to German law.

11. Legal recourse:
Legal recourse is excluded.

12 Severability clause:
Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.

By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
