Develop creative and user-centered approaches to solutions with design thinking

In this two-day interactive (remote) training, we teach you a process model to solve complex problems with Design Thinking. Practical case studies allow you to experience the user-centered methods first-hand.

Content

Design Thinking is a creative approach to problem solving based on user needs and perspectives.

In this training, you will join other participants from different disciplines and industries in a participatory and creative process to develop and implement concrete innovation ideas.
