In this two-day interactive (remote) training, we will teach you a procedure model to meet dynamic customer and market requirements with OKRs. Hands-on case studies enable you to immediately apply the methods you have learned.
Content
The Objectives and Key Results (OKR) method focuses on setting and tracking goals in organisations and empowers you to work together more cooperatively, transparently, and flexibly.
As a participant in the OKR Masterclass, you will learn the basic principles and best practices of the OKR method and receive a sound overview of the building blocks and events of the OKR cycle. In practice-relevant cases you will have the opportunity to play through the individual events of the OKR cycle. By simulating the individual phases of the OKR cycle, you can apply your acquired knowledge directly from the perspective of an OKR coach.

Julian Drichelt holds a diploma in industrial engineering and has been working in management consulting since 2013. His focus is on coaching companies in agile transformation projects. Through his experience in the areas of project management and coaching, Julian relies on an interactive approach as a trainer in order to offer his training participants the greatest possible added value.
Sascha Paranstandeh
OKR-Trainer & Coach
Sascha Parastandeh holds a degree in business administration and has over 8 years of agile professional experience from various industries. His focus is on agile transformations in banking and coaching executives. Through his experience in the implementation of OKR's, Sascha focuses on practice-oriented cases for the trainings in order to offer his training participants the most relevant insights possible.

Target audience
Anybody interested in gaining insights into the OKR cycle, phrasing Objectives and Key Results, the responsibilities of an OKR Coach and an overview of how to roll out OKRs within an enterprise is welcome.

Prerequisites for participation
There are no required prerequisites to participate in an OKR Masterclass training. Basic knowledge of an organization's strategic vision is helpful, but not required.

Certification
All participants receive a certificate of attendance from BearingPoint upon completion of the training. The certificate includes your name, date of completion, the contents of the training, and the signature of your trainer.
After completing the training, you will be equipped to take the Workpath OKR Coach online certification exam to achieve the official certification "Workpath OKR Coach" issued by Workpath.

Booking
1. Until when can the booked training be canceled?
- Participants may cancel their booking of an Event at any time, but at the latest 15 (fifteen) days before the Event. Cancellation must be performed by email notice.
2. What happens if I cancel?
- In the event of cancellation or withdrawal more than 15 (fifteen) days before an Event that is subject to a fee, the participant will receive an email with the option to register for a replacement Event under the same conditions. A participant who does not agree to participate in the replacement Event can request a refund. In the event that a participant withdraws their participation less than 15 (fifteen) days before the Event, the fees are not refundable.
3. What happens if my training is cancelled?
- If your Event is cancelled by BearingPoint, you will receive an email with the option to register for a replacement Event at the same conditions.
