Being a successful organization in a disruptive marketplace means embracing a Lean-Agile approach. Content
This four-day remote Leading SAFe® training will provide you with the knowledge necessary to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise. You’ll learn to leverage the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) and its underlying principles derived from Lean, systems thinking, agile development, product development flow, and DevOps. The competencies needed to become a Lean Enterprise will be thoroughly discussed. You will also learn and practice the skills for supporting PI Planning events and aligning organizations around shared objectives.
After completing the training you will have learned the importance of mastering Business Agility in order to thrive in the digital age. You will have gained insights used to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise by leveraging SAFe® and adapt a customer-centric mindset.

SAFe® Trainer & SPC
Dennis Wendlandt holds a degree in computer science and has been with BearingPoint since 2015. His focus is on Agile Coaching and transformations in the IT sector. Through his many years of experience in consulting with a focus on agility, Dennis provides his training participants unique insights into the real-world application of the methods. Dennis is certified as an SPC and SAFe® Remote Trainer.

Target audience
Individuals at all levels of an organization who are involved in agile transformation, planning, execution, or delivery that are interested in gaining a comprehensive understanding of the SAFe® framework. This includes but is not limited to: executives, agile change agents, product managers and product owners, scrum masters, team members, project managers.

Prerequisites for participation
There are no prerequisites required to attend this SAFe® SA training. It is however recommended that attendees have some foundational knowledge or experience with agile principles and practices, and familiarity with Scrum or other agile methodologies in product development. This will help you in better understanding the SAFe® framework and applying the concepts and methods covered in the training.

Certification
All participants receive a certificate of attendance from BearingPoint upon completion of the training. The certificate includes your name, date of completion, the contents of the training, and the signature of your trainer.
By booking one of our SAFe® trainings, you are also eligible to take the official certification exam, which is administered by Scaled Agile Inc. After successfully passing, you will receive your title with a certificate, as well as a one-year membership on the SAFe® community platform.

Booking
1. Until when can the booked training be canceled?
- Participants may cancel their booking of an Event at any time, but at the latest 15 (fifteen) days before the Event. Cancellation must be performed by email notice.
2. What happens if I cancel?
- In the event of cancellation or withdrawal more than 15 (fifteen) days before an Event that is subject to a fee, the participant will receive an email with the option to register for a replacement Event under the same conditions. A participant who does not agree to participate in the replacement Event can request a refund. In the event that a participant withdraws their participation less than 15 (fifteen) days before the Event, the fees are not refundable.
3. What happens if my training is cancelled?
- If your Event is cancelled by BearingPoint, you will receive an email with the option to register for a replacement Event at the same conditions.
