Facilitating Lean-Agile Program Execution
Being a successful organization in a disruptive marketplace means embracing a Lean-Agile approach. As a SAFe® Release Train Engineer (RTE), you play a critical role in the success of your SAFe® Implementation. In the role of a servant leader, you will be the driving force behind your ART. You will support an agile release train by serving as a facilitator and synchronizing activities across multiple teams, as well as coordinating and aligning them on cadence with the program objectives.
Content
In this four-day BearingPoint Academy remote SAFe® RTE training, you will learn how to execute and continuously improve PI Planning and other key SAFe® events. You’ll discover how to coach leaders, teams and Scrum Masters in adapting new processes and mindsets, as well as their execution across the SAFe® framework. Additionally, you will get the guidance and tools you need to work effectively in remote environments with distributed teams.
After completing the training you will have gained the skills to lead and serve your agile release train (ART) by applying Lean-Agile knowledge and tools, as well as creating an environment of relentess improvement.

Target audience
Agile practitioners, coaches, Scrum Masters, product managers and product owners, project managers, and anyone else who is familiar with the SAFe® concepts and interested in scaling Agile using SAFe®.

Prerequisites for participation
To attend this SAFe® RTE training, a foundational understanding of agile principles, experience in software or product development, and familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or XP is advised. Additionally, you should have experience leading or managing agile teams and familiarity with software development processes, tools, and techniques. Prior knowledge of SAFe® and participation in another SAFe® training like Leading SAFe® is required.

Certification
All participants receive a certificate of attendance from BearingPoint upon completion of the training. The certificate includes your name, date of completion, the contents of the training, and the signature of your trainer.
By booking one of our SAFe® trainings, you are also eligible to take the official certification exam, which is administered by Scaled Agile Inc. After successfully passing, you will receive your title with a certificate, as well as a one-year membership on the SAFe® community platform.

Booking
1. Until when can the booked training be canceled?
- Participants may cancel their booking of an Event at any time, but at the latest 15 (fifteen) days before the Event. Cancellation must be performed by email notice.
2. What happens if I cancel?
- In the event of cancellation or withdrawal more than 15 (fifteen) days before an Event that is subject to a fee, the participant will receive an email with the option to register for a replacement Event under the same conditions. A participant who does not agree to participate in the replacement Event can request a refund. In the event that a participant withdraws their participation less than 15 (fifteen) days before the Event, the fees are not refundable.
3. What happens if my training is cancelled?
- If your Event is cancelled by BearingPoint, you will receive an email with the option to register for a replacement Event at the same conditions.
