Optimizing your Value Stream

To compete in a disruptive global market, every organization needs to deliver valuable technology solutions at the speed of business. As a SAFe DevOps Practitioner®, you will strategically accompany the establishment of business objectives and use value stream mapping to measure flow. By sharing your DevOps mentality amongst those who are involved in defining, building, testing, deploying, and releasing software-driven products, you will be able to deliver valuable solutions faster.

This four-day, remote BearingPoint Academy training prepares you to help people across technical and non-technical roles, as well as leaders in working together to optimize their value stream from concept to cash. Participants learn what DevOps is, why DevOps is important for every role, and get to design a Continuous Delivery Pipeline tailored to their organization. You will work together to optimize your current value stream, identify bottlenecks and create an implementation plan that accelerates the benefits of DevOps.

After completing this training you will have learned how to adapt a DevOps mindset to drive Continuous Delivery and foster a culture of innovation and learning in a SAFe® environment.
