• How will the training contents be conveyed?

  All our trainings are based on hands-on learning and interactive content. Using exercises and role simulations, you will gain sustainable, applicable knowledge. Our goal is to enable you to master your individual challenges with the appropriate agile methodology. To achieve this goal, our trainers resort to their extensive experience and equip you with real cases, while avoiding the excessive use of slides.

• How do I know which agile methodology suits my needs or the requirements of my organization?

  Scrum is an agile framework used primarily in software development to improve team collaboration and manage complex projects in fast-changing environments.

  Kanban is a method to visualize work supporting creation of optimal value-streams (“flow”) – that people then self-organize around. It was originally invented to support synchronization of teams and therefore deeply roots as a “scalable” method. Kanban is process-oriented, uses scientific approaches and data-driven techniques to optimize value-generation.

  OKR (Objectives and Key Results) is an agile goal-setting method that supports companies in aligning their strategic goals in fast-growing and innovative environments.

  SAFe® (Scaled Agile Framework) is a structured framework for organizations to adopt agile practices and principles at scale while addressing the unique challenges of large, complex projects and multiple teams. By enabling business agility and organizing all activities into value streams, SAFe® allows you to continually improve and deliver value to customers more efficiently, establishing customer centricity in complex environments.
