I am responsible for the services around the CFO department. Our services are related to accounting, controlling and treasury as well as consolidation, planning and reporting. We provide process and IT system services such as S/4HANA, Power BI and planning solutions. However, in most projects we support our clients in transforming their processes, organization and strategy towards digitalization.
In the past, I have worked on projects related to finance transformation on both sides: as a consultant but also inhouse as a CFO. Therefore, I am quite aware of questions around change and transformation projects from client's perspective.
Additionally, in the last years, I run various assessments and projects related to innovations and process requirements focusing on automation and digitalization in Finance. As the dimension of technology and innovation will increase further on significantly regarding the CFO department, I am ready to support CFOs and their teams in their transformation journey.
