I oversee the ERP practice within the Finance & Regulatory team. We help our clients during all the phases of an ERP Project implementation, from strategic decision of investment, to design, build, go live and roll out.
I built a relationship with my client based on deep understanding of his business, and ability to assess boldly situations and transform decisions into actions. One of my strength is to create an atmosphere where people feel safe to collaborate, innovate, dare and act. I use my skills as a facilitator to make people efficiently work together
I work mainly on assignments on the Retail and Consumer Goods industries, making the link between technical and functional parts and making sure requirements from all business units are dealt with in Finance.
I am also proud of the constant success of the teams involved on the major programs I oversee: over the last two years: Up to 60 BearingPoint consultants made it possible to successfully Go Live on 3 major projects, both on Premise and Cloud
I began my career as an SAP Finance Consultant and gradually evolved across other processes, taking responsibility on projects and evolving towards program management. I first joined BearingPoint back in 2005 and remained until the end of 2010, when I took over another challenge: to try what it was like to be on the other side of the mirror: the client' side. I was then Business Solution Manager for Heineken France. Il helped me get another point of view on our mission, understand better also what thrilled me most in consulting: positive feedback, adrenaline on winning, team spirit to overcome difficulties. I came back to consulting in a competitor's firm and finally came back to BearingPoint in 2015.
I know that consulting is what I love to do, because it is what I am good at, because I love it.
