With a track record in retail banking and consultancy businesses, I joined BearingPoint in 2011 to support our retail-banking client in their transformation programs. As a Partner in our financial services practice, I help my clients improve their operational excellence as well as win and develop new client segments. I bring added value through strategic insights and operational deployment to obtain sustainable and tangible results.
I enable our clients to leverage digital technologies to address client and employee expectations.
Innovation is one of my drivers; I cultivate partnerships with innovative companies and start-ups on RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI (Artificial Intelligence) or Smart Analytics for example.
In addition, I encourage my team’s empowerment through the regular sharing of best practices, specific training, and most of all, through mentoring.
In 2000 I graduated from EDHEC business school. After 3 years in consultancy, I spent the four following years with Fortis Banque as Head of Organization, Process and Quality, developing my knowledge of retail banking challenges and processes.
Looking for new opportunities and more diversity in my assignments, I decided to go back in consulting and joined BearingPoint in 2011 to contribute to our retail banking activities and client development.
