In my role as firm-wide leader of the service line Operations, I am responsible for the orchestration and strategic development of BearingPoint’s global service offerings in the area of supply chain and operations management. Many of our services in this area are categorized by a strong focus on business process improvements in the areas of both operational excellence and digital innovation. Throughout my career, I have been leading global business transformation and digital innovation programs for clients across various industries.
My major professional expertise is in the area of integrating business improvement approaches, such as Operational Excellence and Lean Production, with digital innovations, such as the Internet of Things, Big Data Analytics and mobile- and cloud-based applications, often combined with next level Enterprise Resource Planning suites. Many of these initiatives aim at global business process harmonization and continuous improvement in the area of supply chain management, logistics and manufacturing.
