I have 25 years of experience split between business consulting and operational positions. Today Partner in Financial Services, I have been working, within BearingPoint, in the field of Sales Efficiency and Digital. Moreover, I have developed also business oriented big data method using analytics machine learning for identifying the best target and journey options for our clients.

Working with the most innovative software companies like Salesforce, I have developed for my clients new sales and digital vision, more collaborative, more focused and totally aligned with back office operation.

After done a first part of my career in operational positions around CRM, IT and project transformation, Ijoined the consulting field for new challenges.

In the last years, I conducted impacting projects mainly in the Financial Services field, including major IT transformation. On this specific topic, I worked from the early stages of IT architecture definition, software selection to project implementation and closing.
