As the Digital & Strategy Partner, I assist companies in addressing all their client challenges when leading change, whether "traditionally" associated with sales, marketing and customer relationships, or more closely related to digital transformation.
Based at the Paris office, I am a Partner in the Digital & Strategy team and am responsible for developing our range of solutions designed to drive top line growth. As such, I manage our e-commerce and omni-channel customer experience Centers of Excellence, in most cases for international clients.
I regularly deliver support and guidance to key accounts in the distribution and consumer goods industries (especially luxury goods and cosmetics) as well as the automotive and media industries. When it comes to customer experience, digital transformation and innovation, a clear insight into cross-sector practices is essential!
I help my clients with their strategic brainstorming processes (the "what?") and also the implementation phases (the "how?") for all customer experience drivers: customer relationship strategy, omni-channel strategy (e-commerce, customer service, marketing campaigns, clienteling, content management, and so on), selection of technology partners / platforms, project leadership and change management.
My projects have required me to develop a sound understanding of the international markets, whether Asia, the Americas or Europe.
Aware that our teams are the driving force behind our value, I am responsible for all Digital & Strategy training within the Group.
After graduating from the ESCP Business School, I began my career in marketing within the cosmetics industry and joined PwC in 2000, where I took part in several projects aimed at transforming the marketing, sales and digital customer relationship functions. I joined BearingPoint in 2002, where digital technologies were already an integral part of my duties. With a helping hand from my teams, I am currently leading major digital transformation programs (e-commerce, content management, customer relationships, etc.), most often at the international level.
