Markets are constantly changing – framework conditions, technologies, competitive positions and business models are in dynamic development. Companies are required to adapt. Based on the strategy, the operating models of companies have to be optimally designed and steering and controlling functions need to be aligned. In addition to process optimization in the CFO area, digitalization, big data and predictive analytics offer the opportunity to significantly and sustainably increase the added value of steering and controlling functions.

Throughout my career, I have led many large international projects in the area of performance management. Based on the consistent alignment of companies operating models to their strategy, the focus is on the process and system optimization of steering, planning and controlling functions.

I have many years of experience with clients in the large SME sector to the world’s leading DAX-30 companies. The majority of my clients are in the consumer goods, industrial goods, transportation or energy sector.

Since 2012, I have been particular responsible for the BearingPoint practice in the area of corporate planning. As part of this I am associated with numerous professorial chairs, software houses and expert committees.
