Throughout my career, I have led many large international projects in the area of performance management. Based on the consistent alignment of companies operating models to their strategy, the focus is on the process and system optimization of steering, planning and controlling functions.
I have many years of experience with clients in the large SME sector to the world’s leading DAX-30 companies. The majority of my clients are in the consumer goods, industrial goods, transportation or energy sector.
Since 2012, I have been particular responsible for the BearingPoint practice in the area of corporate planning. As part of this I am associated with numerous professorial chairs, software houses and expert committees.
