I have over 30 years' experience in leading high-level change projects for customers within the public sector. I am responsible for the public sector at a firmwide level (defense, transport, healthcare, governmental agencies and local authorities).
I lead a team that specifically addresses the strategic challenges and problems facing these industries.
We carry out high-level change projects for customers within the public sector with the aim of enhancing user satisfaction while controlling public policy efficiency.
In addition, as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), I am responsible for improving the Group's profitability while working closely alongside the regional leaders. I also coordinate the actions, performance and efficiency of the support functions.
After graduating from the ESCP Business School, I began my career in financial auditing before specializing in public service consulting.
I am the co-author of "From arsenal to enterprise" and "When arsenals reach the open sea" on the transformation of the DCNS Group.
