I am currently responsible for our CRM business in partnership with the market-leading cloud solutions (Salesforce, Microsoft, etc.) using business-oriented approaches, agile methodologies and accelerated deployments to gain traction and achieve measurable long-term results.
I have forged a specific and unique track record in leading change, including the deployment of solutions on an international scale. In particular, I have guided organizations when planning to introduce digital technologies into their customer and partner/distributor relationships. In this respect, I have assisted businesses with building their strategic visions and translating those visions into operational actions by standardizing processes and implementing a core model to prevent functional silos and promote a 360° insight into the customer's needs. After obtaining an engineering degree in France and an MBA from the University of California (UCLA), I spent five years at the Los Angeles office of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) before moving to Paris. Then I joined BearingPoint as a partner specializing in CRM (marketing, sales, services and e-commerce).
